To accomplish the above, Operadora Tacua S.A. has a team of specialists, and the necessary tools, machinery and trucks to carry out all the operations related with the cargo movements involved.

A permanent surveillance of vessel loading and discharge operations is effected by our Company; if these operations take place in certain piers, they can be watched “live” over the Internet on the website of the National Port Administration. Our intervention begins even before the arrival of the vessel involved, recommending the best mooring place for the vessel’s projected operations, and continues throughout the said operations on a day-by-day basis, until they are completed; finally, a full report is provided.
